Purchase Policy

1. Final Purchase Policy
All purchases made through Biopharmacy for supplements or related services are final. Once a purchase is completed, it may be canceled within the first 6 hours via email or WhatsApp. A 7% charge will be applied to the purchase amount, which is equivalent to the bank transaction processing fee. Refunds and exchanges will only be possible if the product received is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact our customer service team at the time of receipt. A replacement will be arranged or a refund offered for the defective or damaged item after verification.

3. Exceptions
In exceptional cases, Biopharmacy may grant exceptions to this non-refundable policy at its sole discretion. These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees or charges.

4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund for a defective or damaged product is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
